Services

NetCraft Global provides services including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, custom software development, UI/UX design, and digital solutions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Project Engagement

All projects begin only after:

  • Requirement discussion and agreement

  • Finalization of scope

  • Initial payment (as agreed)

Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate task and may incur additional charges.

Payments

  • A minimum advance payment (usually 30%–50%) is required before starting the project.

  • Remaining payment will be due based on milestones or before final delivery.

  • Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, credentials, and materials on time

  • Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure that all content provided does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

  • NetCraft Global retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

  • Any third-party tools, plugins, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions & Modifications

We offer revisions as per the agreed project scope. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may be charged additionally.

Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be shared before project initiation. However, timelines may vary depending on:

  • Scope changes

  • Client delays

  • Technical challenges

Limitation of Liability

NetCraft Global shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party services or integrations

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure that all confidential information shared during the project remains secure and is not disclosed to any third party.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases:

  • Payments made are non-refundable

  • Work completed up to that point will be delivered

Changes to Terms

NetCraft Global reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
